​Quantock Hills (30 mins) and Exmoor (40 mins) are just a short drive away.

Beaches -  find fossils at the Jurassic Coast (Lyme Regis, Charmouth) about a 40 minute drive. Beaches on the north coast, at Minehead and Dunster are slightly further, about 50 mins.

​The county town of Taunton is just a 15 minute drive.  Taunton is the home of Somerset Cricket Club. Here you will also find museums,  a cinema and shops.

Our local town of Wellington has all your day to day requirements – two supermarkets, Waitrose/Asda and a range of take aways. Wellington also has a sports centre if you would like to take advantage of their pool etc.
