David ... An excellent, very dog friendly and very green campsite. We were only able to book an open pitch for our campervan but the owner had a spare "fenced" pitch which made the whole stay very relaxing. The facilities were all "green" and everything worked. The dogs also enjoyed the large dog-run area. Highly recommended!

Clare ... Lovely peaceful campsite in beautiful surroundings! We only stayed one night but will be back.

Mark ... Wonderfull campsite in a beautiful location. Facilities were excellent and if it matters to you there was also very good mobile coverage. Will definitely stay again and have recommended the site to my son.

Martin ... We had a lovely stay, with no complaints. Thoughtful touches to clean facilities. Ample space between pitches, and I loved the little meadows between pitches, created by how the grass is maintained. The kids really liked exploring the little meadows alongside looking for frogs in the little creek just behind where we camped, which was safe enough. The space allowed for a quiet feel. Being close to the motorway, its convenient for travel, however does result in motorway hum in the background, which didn't bother me, but, could be heard in the far distance. Owner gave us a pleasant and welcoming "hello' as well, and we felt trusted to look after the facilities. Very nice. Thanks.

Julie ... Just spent a week on this lovely site. Beautiful scenery. Lovely walks to Quants Nature Reserve and Buckland woods. Found some great cycle routes to Taunton, Trull and the Fish and chip van in the village Tuesday evening was a great way to end our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Gus ... A fantastic campsite booked through the Greener Camping Club. It is peaceful, quiet and in a perfect location. All the facilities were very well looked after and spotlessly clean. If you are a dog owner there are separated enclosures in addition to a fenced off-lead exercise area. The pitches are roomy and nicely spaced apart - anyone thinking of starting a Green campsite should visit here first as this is exactly how a campsite should be. We very much enjoyed our stay and it is definitely one we will visit again.

Jane ... What a fabulous place! Such large pitches and well laid out. The fenced pitches for people who want to contain their dogs are brilliant. Everything is thought about. Only one thing would be good to have a proper elsan point. Will definitely stay again.

Della ... A perfect campsite with the true sense of camping with beautiful surroundings oozing peace and tranquility. The owners are lovely and the camp is kept to pristine levels it is a green gamp so expect compost loos and basic amenities which is what we wanted. The surrounding area is great for walking and all very dog friendly. No shops /pubs so self sufficiency a must which is exactly what works for us as camping to us is getting close to nature and away from everything else! Can’t wait to go back which we will do next year

Lea ... Our first experience at Buckland Farm was absolutely brilliant! We booked it to get a feel of our new tent and will definitely be back soon. We booked a fenced pitch and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. The fencing meant we could relax knowing that we wouldn’t have any escapees! Our dogs will join us next time, as they’ll be sure to love the fenced-off pet area, too! The site was well-maintained, welcoming and had everything you’d possibly need for a lovely holiday. We particularly loved the play and picnic teepee - what a lovely touch. Thank you, we will be back and next time for much longer.

Tina ... Once again we had a wonderful relaxing weekend away. The site is beautiful, so calm and natural. We didn't actually go off site this time and didn't miss it. The site and facilities are always clean and tidy, no rubbish flying around. The fenced pitches are a godsend when you have dogs and very secure as is the dog run field. Carol is very welcoming, both Carol and Richard work very hard at keeping the site a natural haven, can't thank them enough for that. We have another 5 weekends booked throughout the summer and really looking forward to each one. Keep doing what you do Carol and don't change a thing, it's perfect as it is.

David ... Another lovely 5 night stay at Buckland Farm Camping. Super-clean composting loos, and lovely hot, clean showers. Lovely walks and lots of local places to visit. Carol the owner was always on hand if we had any questions or needed something. The perfect, peaceful get-a-way in the countryside.

Diana ... I booked this via the Greener Camping Club for my camper conversion plus one dog, and it is just a perfect site for us. It's remote with exceptional views. There are only a small number of pitches and these are pretty big. The site is all grass with little paths mowed (mown?) into it. No EHU, but little hut with solar panels for charging (if not in van). Compostable loos; Showers (x3). Two sinks for washing (open air). There's a communal bell tent aimed at kiddies for play stuff. 4 pitches that are enclosed for those with dogs or kids who need containing. There's also a communal dog park, again enclosed. Didn't leave the site for 3 days. For anyone who wants to do stuff or perhaps eat out - I guess you'd need to drive there - as far as I'm aware there's nothing in walking distance (I could be wrong). Owner (Carol) is super friendly, very responsive and keeps a fantastic site. I'll be returning for sure!

Mandy ... My son and I stayed at Bucklands farm for a 1 night trip. It was the most amazing campsite we have ever stayed at. We were very impressed and are dogs loved the fenced pitch as they had freedom of not being kept on the lead. In a beautiful setting very peaceful. Owner Carol was very friendly and helpful can't wait to go back for a longer stay
